Now in Japan there are more than 300 types of sakura, although no more than 10 types are natural.

But why has the sakura flower maintained its popularity for such a long time? They say that the transience of cherry blossoms, lasting only a few days, is most consistent with the characteristics of the Japanese character. And the tradition of having a picnic under flowering trees is associated with the ancient belief that pollen falling into a glass of sake gives strength and health. First, let's prepare the tree, for which we fill the vase 3/4 with concrete mortar and insert the bush into it. Cover the mixture with stones, shells and beads on top. We coat the tree with varnish and leave it to dry for 1-2 days. Cut out 50 x 50mm squares of silk to make flowers.

We connect three pieces of paper and fold them in half twice. We fold the resulting square into a triangle. The bottom corner will be the center of the flower, around which the rest of the parts will be rounded. We unfold the free edges and get three layers of the bud. We burn the edges of the blanks and glue them together. We place beads in the center of the flowers and glue the finished products to the tree.
